Residence Life

Residence Life programs are handled by several people at Whitehall. The team includes two Community Fellows, a Children’s Program Coordinator, and the Swap Room Coordinator. There is a Community Room available to all residents by reservation with the Community Fellows.

Ample grassy areas and three updated playground areas provide outdoor activities for children and adults. Three outdoor grills and picnic tables are found throughout the complex.

Swap Room

The Swap Room offers a chance for residents throughout Graduate Housing dormitories and apartments to donate and shop gently used items (clothing, household items, baby items, toys, etc). There is no strict swap requirement, “take what you need and leave what you can.” It is located in the basement of 533 Prospect Street with open hours every Thursday night from 7PM - 9PM.
