The Mansfield Apartments consist of five buildings containing 49 units, situated on a landscaped slope about a 15-minute walk from the center of campus. The complex was recently renovated (2018–2021) and features vinyl flooring throughout the units, central air conditioning, and a doorbell/intercom system.

Apartment Layout & Furniture

Living Room & Kitchen Furniture: Units are furnished with a kitchen table and four chairs, a couch, a love seat, a soft chair, a coffee table, and end tables with lights.
Bedroom Furniture: Furnished with a twin bed, desk, desk chair, and a file cabinet. Windows in both the bedroom and living room are equipped with mini-blinds.
Kitchenette: Includes an electric stove and a refrigerator, leaving ample scope for residents to design their living space.
Lighting: Overhead lighting is provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Lamps are required in the bedrooms and living areas.

Facilities & Residence Life

Community Room: Features a TV and is shared exclusively by Mansfield residents for activities such as small gatherings, study groups, and movie nights.
Community Fellows: Dedicated staff members facilitate a community atmosphere by planning social events and activities throughout the year.

Internet, Mail & Package

Wi-Fi: All five buildings are fully equipped with wireless internet service.
Mail & Packages: Each building entryway has individual mailboxes opened with your room key. Mail must display your name to be delivered. Packages may be delivered directly to the building; however, Yale is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For secure delivery, we highly recommend using the Student Package Center at 77 Broadway (Lower Level).
