Housing Operations Support Specialist
The Housing Operations Support Specialist reports to the Associate Director of Housing Operations within Yale Housing. This position provides administrative and operational support across the full lifecycle of housing operations. Responsibilities include supporting move-in and move-out, summer operations, key and prox card access management, work orders, case management, inspections, data management, unit turnovers, reporting, and coordination with campus partners, including Facilities. The role also serves as a primary point of contact for students, staff, and summer guests, while developing clear communications and informational resources.
