2026-2027 Room Draw Timeline

Intent Process opens – all eligible students are able declare their intent to live on or off campus for 2026-2027 academic year |
| Thursday, February 19th | Group Formation opens – all students who have declared intent to live on campus can begin forming groups (housing inventory information becomes available within the housing portal at this time) |
| Tuesday, February 24th, 12 PM | Intent Process closes for sophomores and juniors - deadline for rising sophomores and juniors to declare their intention to live on or off campus for 2026-2027 academic year |
| Tuesday, February 24th, 5 PM | Group Formation closes for sophomores and juniors – deadline for rising sophomores and juniors to complete group formation |
| Tuesday, March 3rd | Regrouping for sophomores and juniors opens – groups in oversubscribed room configurations and low drawing groups will be disbanded and directed to regroup |
| Thursday, March 5th, 5 PM | Regrouping for all sophomores and juniors closes – deadline for disbanded groups to complete group re-formation |
| Friday, March 13th, 12 PM | Intent Process closes for seniors - deadline for rising seniors to declare their intention to live on or off campus for 2026-2027 academic year |
| Friday, March 13th, 5 PM | Group Formation closes for seniors – deadline for rising seniors to complete group formation |
| Monday, March 23rd | Lottery results released to sophomores and juniors – student groups receive their room selection appointment date and time |
| Tuesday, March 24th, 5 PM | Final day for sophomores and juniors to withdraw from housing selection process without financial penalty |
| Wednesday, March 25th | Room Selection for sophomores and juniors begins – students select suites and bedrooms during their appointment window |
| Wednesday, March 25th | Regrouping for seniors opens – groups in oversubscribed room configurations and low drawing groups will be disbanded and directed to regroup |
| Monday, March 26th, 5 PM | Room Selection for sophomores and juniors ends – final appointments are completed |
| Tuesday, March 27th, 5 PM | Regrouping for all seniors closes – deadline for disbanded groups to complete group re-formation |
| Tuesday, March 31st | Lottery results released to seniors – student groups receive their room selection appointment date and time |

| Monday, April 27th | In-suite room switch period opens - students can make in-suite room switches within the housing portal |
| Friday, May 1st, 5 PM | Final day for in-suite room switches - deadline for students to swap rooms (in suite) within the housing portal |
