- Run lottery for transfer students
- Sign renewal license agreement
April
- Application process begins April 1st
- Room Selection begins 3rd week of April.
- Family housing assignments made.
May
- Dormitory residents vacate – typically Sunday before Memorial Day
- Summer housing time frame begins day after end of dormitory license agreement
June
- First 2 weeks of June - move around week for students transferring to a new room
- Apartment license agreement ends June 30. Residents not renewing must vacate by this date.
- Security deposit refunds are being processed
August
- Furnished housing licnese term begins August 15th
- Unfurnished housing license term begins August 1st
